Chennai, March 12, 2012: Co-hosted by the Entomological Society of South Korea the XXIV International Congress of Entomology will be held between August 19 and 25, 2012 at Daegu, South Korea. Among the co-hosts is the Apicultural Society of Korea. The Scientific Program for the Congress includes two sessions on Apiculture topics: honey bee disease diagnostics and Current issues on apiculture.

Danai Beach Resort, Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia

Registration is now open for the International Conference on Conservation and Management of Pollinators (ICCMP 2011) being organized by the Century Foundation in association with Sarawak Convention Bureau, Government of Sarawak, Malaysia from September 14 to 17, 2011 at Damai Beach Resort (surrounded by the oldest tropical rain forest in the world), Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia with the aim of providing a platform for the pollination specialists, ecologists, conservation biologists, agricultural scientists, nature lovers, policy makers, etc., and also to exchange and disseminate information on the recent advances in conservation and management of pollinators in the ecosystem.
